Bites 2023: experiential and incoming tourism lands in Venice
The International Exchange of Experiential Tourism will be held in Venice Nov. 23-24. Many new features in addition to the presence of more than 120 international buyers.
The 2023 edition of Bitesp, the flagship event for experiential and incoming tourism operators , will be held in attendance in Venice Nov. 23-24, while the online workshop session on digital platform will be held on Nov. 30. For this year's edition, Bitesp is establishing the Experiential Tourism Quality Seal.
The format of Bitesp 2023 includes:
- Exhibition Area with pre-equipped booths reserved for operators and promotion bodies to present offers and territories;
- Workshop area with meetings between Italian Sellers and over 120 international Buyers, organized with pre-scheduled agenda of appointments.
- Bitesp Academy area dedicated to training and events

North America, South America, Western Europe, Italy, Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, Israel, UAE.
Among the offerings is the novelty of saliturismo: a set of experiential tourism activities related to salt culture and salt pans, in Sicily.
